I have actually been meaning to tell you how much Muaythai has been helping Cohen. This kid has always struggled with muscle tone. He’s done years of Occupational Therapy and then Physiotherapy to strengthen his body. He’s done gymnastics and parkour and nothing has really helped him. It was actually really hard to watch Cohen do sports because he knew he wasn’t fast like others and couldn’t move like them and it bothered him a lot. And then there was Muaythai.

Since starting Muaythai, Cohen’s physiotherapist was amazed at how his muscles were strengthening all over. Every activity she would get Cohen to do, Cohen would tell her he did that at Muaythai. Then he graduated from physio because he was performing well above what was required of him.

Cohen used to complain about going to Muaythai because as fun as it was, it was really hard for him. And then he noticed all the changes. He never complains anymore! He now has speed and confidence he didn’t have before! We are SO thankful for the changes.

James, you’ve made it such a fun but equally challenging environment that pushes these kids. And it changes them! We are so thankful for this place!
