Our classes include a warm-up, a strength and conditioning component, instruction on the technical aspects of Thai Boxing, pad work, partner drills and heavy bag work
Participants will develop the physical attributes of the martial artist: agility, balance, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, and strength
Skipping rope, footwork, bag and pad work, and conditioning are all a part of classes
School uniform is mandatory for all classes – Muaythai Shorts and School shirt
Kids classes: The kid’s class here is amazing! Our kids love the instructors and have really learned great techniques as well as self-discipline, respect and hard work. James gets the best out of each child and also maintains fun in a structured setting. We definitely recommend!
Ladies Bootcamp: Ladies Bootcamp classes are incredible workouts that teach proper technique with high cardio. You will sweat, and Janine is great at pushing you to your very best while still being encouraging. I recommend these classes to anyone, as they’re fun and it’s a great group of women.
